COACHES MEETING
Welcome to the ninth annual Winning Seasons Elementary & Jr. High School Girls Volleyball Invite. Please read the following information carefully and contact Marc Blau at blaumarc@qwest.net if you have any questions. The coaches meetings will be held on Sunday, November 19th at the following times and locations:
5th & 6th grade division 8:15am Washington HS gym-main foyer
Jr. high division 9:15am Franklin Pierce HS gym-main foyer
3rd & 4th grade division 10:45am Franklin Pierce HS gym-main foyer
Please be prompt. If you are unable to attend, please have a team representative present.
NOTE: Coaches MUST attend the coaches meeting. Failure to attend will result in your team forfeiting the first game of your first match of the day.
FOOD & BEVERAGE RESTRICTIONS
Please inform your parents that food and beverages (except water) will ONLY be allowed behind the bleachers and at the end of the East end of the gym at Washington HS and in the upper bleacher area in the main gym at Franklin Pierce HS. Water ONLY is allowed in all gyms.
THINGS TO BRING
Coolers for team food and beverages. Blankets and pillows to lay or sleep on. CD players for entertainment (do not leave unsupervised) as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

OFFICIALS
Please respect the decisions of the officials. Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their parents and we do not tolerate ANY yelling at the officials as they are doing their best. Parents are not allowed to yell at players other than to yell words of encouragement!!! Parents not abiding by this rule will be asked to leave the gym. Coaches may always contact the site supervisors if they have questions or concerns about the officiating. Bottom line-This is a game and we are here to have FUN!
